How to Find Unsubscribed Contacts
Unsubscribed contacts are recipients who have chosen to opt out of receiving future communications from you. When a recipient unsubscribes, it could be due to a variety of reasons such as content irrelevance, frequency of messages, or personal preferences.
To find out which contacts have unsubscribed, follow these steps:
Select "Contacts" on the left side of the TextSpot app under "Recipients."
Select "Add Filter" or "Add New Filter" depending on if you already have one filter in place.
Click on the drop-down "Select Filter" menu.
Select "Status" as the filter.
Select "Opted Out" as the value.
Select "Apply Filter."
You are now able to see what contacts have unsubscribed/opted out.
