How to Bulk Delete Contacts
In this article we will show you how to delete multiple contacts at one time.
The most common reason to delete contacts in bulk is to get rid of your opted-out contacts.
Navigate to your Contacts on the left-hand side of the TextSpot app under "Recipients."
Use the "Add Filter" button to filter your contacts by status and opt-ed out.
*You can skip the filter step if you want to bulk delete all contacts.
Select one of your contacts. You should now see a box above your contact list that states, "1 selected."
Check the box next to "1 selected" to select all of the contacts on the current contact page.
To select every contact click on the text that states, "Select all (x number) contacts in this view." If you have a large number of contacts, it may take a few minutes for every contact to be selected.
After you have selected all of your contacts, click on the text, "Delete Selected."
