How to Change a Team Member's Password
There may be times when a team member needs to change their password.
Only the team member can change their own password. Account owners and admins can’t reset or change another user’s password on their behalf.
Did they forget their password? They will need to go through a different process.
Here’s how a team member can reset their password from within TextSpot:
Click "My Account" and select "Profile"
Scroll down until you see "Update Password."
Enter your new password and save.
