How to Update Your Profile Information
Here’s how to manage your TextSpot profile.
Your Profile allows you to:
Change your time zone.
Change your organization name.
Change or reset your TextSpot password.
Change your time zone.
Change your TextSpot email address (different than your billing email address)
Enable or disable 2-factor authentication.
Review account browser sessions.
In the TextSpot application, go to the top right and select "My Account"
A dropdown menu will show you a "Profile" option. Select this option.
You will now be able to update and manage important TextSpot information.
Select "Save" after making any changes.
