Why Do I Need a Working Website?

If you are not a business, or are a sole proprietorship, this may not apply to you.

The Campaign Registry, the organization that approves A2P applications, will look to see if you have a standalone website or established Facebook Page. A Google Business Profile, link tree, or other social media pages are not allowed.

If you have a website/Facebook page, you will likely need to add/update your privacy policy. Even if you only plan to use TextSpot for your internal team.

We are just as frustrated as you may be at this entire process. It is completely out of our control and unfortunately, you will have to go through this very same process even if you try a different service, other than TextSpot.
