How to View Message Analytics
Message analytics show you the data related to the messages you are sending. These analytics can help you understand how effectively your messages are reaching your contacts.
Select "Sent" on the left side of the TextSpot app under messages.
Select the message from the Sent Message Table that you want to see the analytics for.
With message analytics you can:
View how many contacts were messaged.
Identify and track how many contacts clicked on a link that was sent in a message.
View the delivery status per contact and delivery rate.
Review the date and time the message was sent.
Review how many credits were used for that message.
Review what content was sent in the message.
Filter contacts messaged by contact, send date since, send date until, and message status.
