How to View Incoming Messages on Mobile

Learn how to view your incoming messages while on your mobile device.

The mobile experience isn’t perfect yet, but we’re planning updates to make it better for our users.

For now, there are two ways to view your incoming messages on mobile.

1. Open your inbox, select the contact who sent the message, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Rotate your phone horizontally to landscape mode to see the full incoming message screen.

If you want to make sure others on your team can view the same message, you can mark the message as unread.
